I am Bogdana Prosszer and I've transformed my passion for fitness into a fulfilling career as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor in Bucharest. I'm deeply committed to promoting optimal health and wellness, both in my own life and in the lives of my clients.

I believe that exercise doesn't have to be a chore and I'm always searching for ways to make training sessions fun, challenging, educational, and effective.

As a certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Cardio Fitness, Body Building, and Functional Training, I offer a broad range of expertise to my clients. I'm also accredited as a Group Fitness Instructor. But what truly sets me apart is my dedication to learning and expanding my knowledge. That's why I hold a variety of additional certifications, including Animal Flow, Functional Range Conditioning, Functional Range Systems/Internal Strength Model, Stick Mobility, TRX,  PPSC - Pain-Free Performance Specialist/ Dr. John Rusin.
